Event Badges are a great way to for you to identify your guest and for your guest to identify one another. Event Badge Printing is hassle free as we will take care of printing the individual names and companies of your guest every Event Badge.  Depending on the type of Badges selected, the badges can be custom designed and printed on a wide variety of materials.  For example, you can choose to print them on paper sticker or on cards to be inserted in a transparent pouch with a lanyard.  Event Lobang also provides Lanyards printed your company name and slogan for your visitors to hand their Event Badges.

Question – What is the minimum quantity I must order for the Event Badges?

The minimum order quantity is 100pcs.

Question – Are the Event Badges pre-printed or printed during registration?

Our Company, Event Lobang is able to provide both types of Badges. We can pre-print the Event Badges or do the Event Badge Printing at the Event itself.  Event Badge Printing onsite is normally recommended for Events opened to public.

 

Question – How far ahead must I order the Event Badges in advance?

Generally, the Event Badge Printing will take 3 to 4 days. If the badges ordered comes with a lanyard, the lanyard can be printed together.

Question – How do I know how many Event Badges I need for my event?

Generally, if you are ordering pre-printed badges we recommend that you print another 10% extra Blank Badges without any names for the registration staff to write on it.

Question – How do I submit the guest list to you?

We will need you to provide us the guest list in a Microsoft Excel File. Our consultant will email to you a sample excel file for you to fill in to submit to us.

 

Question – What happen if there are any spelling errors in the Contact Name or Company Name?

We look forward to your understanding that there is no way for us to check whether the spelling of the names. We will need you to check them carefully before submitting to us. However, if there are any spelling errors, your registration staff can use the extra blank badges and write onto them.
