Frequently Asked Questions

Question – How much in advance to I need if I need your company to provide the services?

Depending on the number of Stage Crew required, we generally advise all our companies to book about 2 weeks in advance.

 

Question – How much does it cost to provide each stage crew?

Our Stage Crew are based on a daily rate and their experience level.  Our Sales Consultant will be able to work out a proposal for you according to your requirements and budget.

 

Question – What languages your Event Registration Staff converse in?

Generally, they are able to converse in English and Chinese.  Please let us know if you need any of the staff to be able to converse in a particular language and we will help you to source for them.

Question – Am I able to have the same stage crew for the rehearsal and the actual performance?

If the booking is made in advance, we are sure we will be able to arrange that, subject to availability and any other prior bookings.

 

Question – Is there a minimum number of staff that I need to engage?

There is no minimum number of Stage Crew you can engage but we will able to offer a bulk discount if the quantity required is large.

 

Question – What happen if some of the staff did not turn up?

Generally, our Stage Crew are skilled in more than one role  and if any one of them are not able to turn up, they are able to back up each other for a short duration while waiting for the replacement to arrive.
