Frequently Asked Questions

Question – How many days in advance do I have to order the flowers? Generally, it takes a few days for us to order the flowers and do the flower arrangement. However, do note that flowers are seasonal and some flowers are not available during certain months. Question – How much does it cost to decorate an event? This would depend on your requirements of Event Flowers (eg. Number of flower arrangements required and types of flowers preferred).   Question – Besides providing the Event Flowers, is your company able to provide manpower to setup the Event Flowers Items and remove the décor after the event? The flowers are pre-arranged at our factory and it only requires minimal manpower to place the flowers at the preferred locations. Unless requested, we generally do not remove the flowers as most of our customers prefer to keep them for a few days before disposing them.   Question – How do I know whether the Event Flowers provided will not wither during the event? Before designing the flower arrangements for your event, our designers will discuss with you the duration of your event and whether they are placed indoor and outdoors. For event with longer durations (eg. More than a few days)  and depending on the types of flowers selected, we may propose that the event flowers be changed every few days to have a fresher look.   Question – Are the flowers available for rental? As most of the Event flowers generally can only last up to a week, they are not available for rental. Please look at our Event Plants. if you prefer them to have them on a rental basis.
